ORGANITS® Return Policy
At ORGANITS®, we take pride in offering premium, ethically crafted products to support your health and well-being. Due to the nature of the personal care items we sell and our partnerships with third-party suppliers, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Why Are Returns Not Accepted?
Many of the items we offer are personal use products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell them once opened. Additionally, as many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted partners, they do not have return policies in place.
Damaged or Defective Items
We understand that occasionally, issues may arise. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@organits.com with the following details:

- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
